Course Overview
Learn how to confidently respond to real life emergencies with our nationally recognised HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid course, delivered on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909. This course includes HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and HLTAID010 – Provide Basic Emergency Life Support.
In this practical course, you’ll learn how to:
- Perform CPR (adult, child, and infant)
- Use a defibrillator (AED
- Respond to choking, asthma, anaphylaxis, and shock
- Treat wounds, burns, fractures, sprains, envenomation, and more
- Understand the chain of survival and manage incidents safely
- Complete incident reports and manage the psychological impacts of emergencies
Course Location & DurationWe come to you! This course is delivered onsite at your workplace, gym, studio, aged care facility, childcare centre, factory school or home anywhere on the Gold Coast and surrounding region, from Coomera to Coolangatta and everywhere in between, including: Southport, Robina, Burleigh Heads, Helensvale, Broadbeach, Varsity Lakes, and Palm Beach. This blended course includes a required online e-learning module, which can be completed at your own pace and convenience prior to the session (this takes roughly 4 hours).
